Preparazione:
Per prima cosa dovrete tritare finemente i biscotti , unire l’acqua e mescolare bene. Rivestire con i biscotti uno stampo a cerniera da 12 cm, appiattire bene e far riposare in frigo. Nel frattempo preparare il budino nero. In un pentolino, mettere l’amido, lo zucchero ed il cacao, mescolare bene e versare a filo il latte continuando a mescolare per evitare il formarsi di grumi. Porre sul fuoco e portare ad ebollizione mescolando spesso. Versare il composto sulla base di biscotti.
Ora potete preparare il budino bianco seguendo lo stesso procedimento di quello nero.
Una volta pronto, versarlo sul budino nero. Fare intiepidire.
